Then, by 1980, production facilities were set up in all departments for the production of metal structures, pipe assemblies, and non-standard equipment. Now, the enterprise decided keep going. Later, reservoir engineering and the construction of oil terminals, oil refining and petrochemical facilities were mastered. Today, Trust Koksokhimmontazh is a 100% Russian company with distinctive competences: the main areas of activity are engineering, construction and installation, special and commissioning works for the construction of oil, gas, oil refining, chemical and metallurgical industries.

The implementation of another project in YNAO dates back to 2015 - then the Trust Koksokhimmontazh set about developing the Yarudeyskoye oil field. All the works were carried out in a short period of northern summer. During this time, the company managed to install and test more than 3500 tons of technological pipelines, lay more than 800 km of electric cables and carry out landscaping. More than 1,500 workers were engaged in construction.

In March 2016 Trest KHM started to develop another field — Novoportovsky, where at the initial stage there was a small amount of work, and as a result, the company became the main contractor. The company's factories produced more than 7,000 tons of metal structures. This helped to reduce the construction time already on the site. All the equipment was delivered to the field via winter roads. Specialists have installed and tested more than 200 km of pipelines and laid 850 km of cables. Thus, the total weight of the assembled metal structures was 15,000 tons. For their installation, 20 units of crane equipment were used. About 3000 people took part in the construction. Thanks to their well-coordinated work, all the tasks were completed successfully, and the oil was launched on time.

No less important for the enterprise is the work in 2015 at the Yaro-Yakhinskoye field. Here Trust Koksokhimmontazh built a compressor station and two units: integrated gas treatment and deethanization of gas condensate. The work was notable for a significant amount of large-capacity equipment and complex piping with technological pipelines, including high pressure. In total, over 3000 tons of equipment and 3500 tons of process pipelines were installed at the facility.

Following this project, in 2018-2019, the Trust Koksokhimmontazh started to work at the Severo-Russkoye field. The company was engaged in the construction of a comprehensive gas treatment unit. For 15 months, experts installed and tested more than 120 km of pipelines, loaded 11,000 piles and laid 550 km of cable and wire products. The total mass of mounted metal structures was 9,000 tons. 78 units of equipment worked at the field. And the number of specialists at the facility during the most active period of construction reached 1300 people per day. Highly qualified work made it possible to ensure timely commissioning of the field facility.

On August 27, 2019, Trust Koksokhimmontazh together with Gazpromneft-Yamal LLC held a Safety Day at the construction site of the Novoportovskoye field. Specialists participated in competitions, demonstrating their knowledge of the rules of labor protection and safety, safety rules and the use of personal protective equipment, working at elevated conditions and first aid regulations.
